Our Committee of Management 2022
DECP held its 5th AGM on Saturday 12 February, 2022. A big thank you to all the members who attended/appointed proxies and voted in the Committee election and as a result we are pleased to introduce the 9 duly elected candidates as the new Committee Of Management for 2022 :

FROM THE COMMITTEE OF MANAGEMENT
A BIG SHOUT OUT OF THANKS to the retiring committee members Rodney Fedley, Mary Rahilly and Patrick Bellchambers for their contributions to the Committee and teams 2021/22.
The first new 2022 Committee of Management meeting was filled with a lot of enthusiasm and expertise to keep moving ahead with this year’s projects in collaboration with the 5 teams.
The new Committee were also briefed and updated of DECP's current situations across all areas of the project.
With some exciting changes and improvements tabled, 2022 looks like its going to be a wonderful year of change, growth and blossoming. The 3 specific areas identified to work and focus on were:
1. Enhance communications-, Starting with first meet and greet for all members of DECP in March and continuing with community updates via emails and social media.
2. Solidify Governance structures - Continue to build and sign off Policies and Procedures to support operations across the DECP.
3. Revitalise Teams - Committee members appointed as Contact supports to each of the current teams to bring consistency across the project..

Committee agreed that the past 2 years with Covid restrictions on and off interrupted many opportunities to move forward, so with a full team of highly qualified members the future for DECP is looking bright.
