Monthly Big Digs

Come along and help us with some special projects at the Farm, make new friends and take home some fresh produce grown in the garden! These events are open to people of all ages, abilities and experience levels. They are family and kid friendly - in fact the littlies just love spending time running around the garden!

Most of our Big Digs are followed by a communal lunch - a pot-luck shared lunch or something delicious cooked up on site with our Healthy Eating and Food Sharing team - check our Facebook or Instagram to find out what we are doing each month.

Previous Big Digs during 2023 have focussed on creating paths throughout the community garden area, planting and harvesting food plants, preparing the soil for our new Market Garden area, compost making, weeding, mowing and more!
